What will my first session be like?

The first 1-2 sessions will consist of listening to your concerns and collaboratively creating an individualized treatment plan. A diagnostic assessment to collect background information will take place during these first sessions as well; you will have total control over how much you choose to share.

How long is a session?

Most sessions are 50-55 minutes in length.

What if you don’t take my insurance?

I offer a self-pay rate of $120; which can be negotiated under certain circumstances
